Shipping Options

We offer Standard (Ground) delivery options within the continental United States through reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply. These costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Artelume is not responsible for any additional customs or import charges applied after the order has shipped.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Most orders are delivered within 20–30 business days, depending on location and shipping method.

Please note:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will automatically be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address and state tax regulations.

APO/FPO addresses

Outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii

International addresses outside our available shipping regions

Packaging & Damaged Items

We take extra care when packaging all products to ensure they arrive safely.
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and notify us immediately.

Out-of-Stock Items

From time to time, certain products may be temporarily out of stock due to high demand or new releases.
If an item you want is unavailable, you can still place your order — our customer service team will inform you of the estimated restock or shipping date.
