How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at support@artelume.store.
Our representatives will review your request and provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags.

You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without contacting our support team first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods 

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to start a return. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
